PRE-EVENT:
		Coordinating for my Ecclesial Community
		My E.C. is:
		Duties: Arrange event to be on the announcements at mass, answer questions and handout Q&A sheets and Tchatchkas after mass. FAX written signup sheets to event coordinator, etc. (1/2 hour each worship week for 4 weeks)
		Contacting area businesses to promote the event
		Duties: Hang signs in local businesses to promote the event (2-3 hours)
		Telephoning donors to remind them of the event date and times (2-3 hours)
DAY-OF-EVENT:
		Helping with setup on the Blood Drive Days (1 hour)
		Helping with tear down on the Blood Drive Days (1 hour)
		Helping with cookies on the Blood Drive Days (2 - 4 hour shifts)
